Because of the case at the beginning of the semester and with this IFC ban, Sig Chi has not done as much dirty rushing as in the past. Compared to AD and Sig Phi, they really haven't done anything. Those frats basically have their PC. Does Sig Chi have their pc because I feel like they are nowhere close?
