It is going to be Phi Mu for the time being, although I expect them to get a better house eventually. Psi U is off the table as it’s either going to continue being the equity house (or whatever it’s called) or go back to being Psi U. Phi Psi is really the only other possibility. If Sammy’s housing agreement with Cornell is anything like the one I’ve read they likely have a shaky right to a Cornell-owned building of some kind. To my knowledge (as of last semester), Sammy has basically only been offered Phi Mu at this point, but has had advanced discussions about a better building.
