Questions about A lists and B lists… 1) Do all sororities at Cornell use this system? 2) If a bunch of girls on a given sorority’s A list rank a different sorority first and get into that other sorority, are girls from the original sorority’s B list “bumped up” to the A list to replace the spots these girls occupied in the A list. 3) Do most girls who are preferred make it on either the A or B list or do a significant amount make it on neither? 4) Is there a way to respectfully let the sorority u rank second that u would prefer to be on their B list because you probably wouldn’t accept a bid from them/you are much more interested in the first sorority and are only ranking both to increase your chances of getting a bid from the first?
