I hear where your coming from. However our community puts a lot of value on wealth and attractiveness, and since these were the first 4 houses on campus and therefore the most historically elite, wealthy, and attractive, they are predominantly the representation of wealth and attractiveness on campus, and probably always will be. Until you all stop putting so much value on those characteristics, these houses will remain the most popular and coveted, because they represent the societal ideal. In summary- C4 will always be C4 and will always be the most "elite" until our society learns to prioritize more genuine characteristics over superficial measures of popularity. It's like asking the modeling industry to shift focus from rail thin girls. It's possible, it will happen, but it will take LOTS of time and it is not yet the case.
