Most hand out 20-25, some go crazy and hand out 30+ if they want a big PC. Some frats have good yields and get pretty much everyone they bid, others can get 50% or worse. Also depends on how many people rush. Each year recently had smaller rush numbers than the previous, so fewer bids being handed out.
