Top Tier: Sig Phi Sig Chi No explanation needed Upper Tier: DU Sig Pi/Chi Psi DX DX mixes with C4 more frequently now so welcome to Upper. Chi Psi and Sig Pi have the same amount of clout. DU used to be top tier too, but is still much better than rest. Upper Middle (Tier 1): AD Chi Phi TDX When you only mix with one C4 house you’re a rich man’s version of ZBT at best. Chi Phi has a good annex and brotherhood. Could throw a few better parties. TDX has no annex, but throws fun parties. Chi Phi and TDX have potential to rise. Upper Middle (Tier 2): Lambda ZBT Lambda has good parties but the juniors/seniors are meh. ZBT mixes with one sorority and their only well known foam party got shut down this semester. Brothers are good though.
