When ChiPsi and Deke recolonized they took founding classes of ~15 guys in the fall and then took a normal PCs in the Spring. The founding class is usually a mix of sophomores, juniors, and even seniors. They look for kids with connections and presence b/c the spring class will pretty much decide their ranking for the next decade. I heard that SNU will be in fall rush. Don't know for SAE, but considering how recolonizations have worked in the past, they'll very likely need to be involved in fall rush.
