Have had too many friends experience wack experiences here. - Drop Fiji way down to Pi Kapp. They have also had a lot of incidents there - Sig Pi is also creepy at times and should not be that high - Bump Phi Tau up with DX, the Knoll frats as a whole are the safest for women on campus
