Been hearing a lot of conflicting information regarding how the mid tier rush frats. While it is clear that PhiTau/PSK easily took the largest classes 21/20 respectively and Pike and PiKapp took 16/13 respectively, what was that the result of. Was it because PhiTau/PSK legimately took kids from Pike/PiKapp (know this happened but not to what extent) or was it just the fact that they got more kids to sign?
