I think PhiTau taking a 20 man PC in this rush is not unpredicted. I think it was expected that with Fiji out of the picture and the fact they were a brohood strong house, in an environment where mixers are not a thing, they would do well. PSK is a bit surprising to also take a 20 man. Heard they took like 7 guys from Pike/PiKapp. Pike basically took an identical PC to last year and PiKapp really dropped the ball like 12 guys or something.
