Realistically, you're just overestimating how good UT Austin is (I seriously encourage you to transfer if you're all about top-jobs because genuinely 0 people around me knew your school existed). It's fair criticism to say our prospects are more in-line with Duke/Northwestern/Brown/Dartmouth, but you really need a grasp over reality if you think UT-schools are somehow competing with us.
