Just 10 years ago, most kids at Cornell were wealthy Northeast private/boarding-schoolers- even more than today (the use of internet applications through the CommonApp changed this at many top-colleges). So there were many more fraternities that resemble SigmaPhi and AlphaDelt, with the tennis players in SAE, lacrosse players in ATO, and very wealthy/fratty guys in ChiPsi & PsiU being the big4 back in the days.
