I don’t really know any frats well except the top and upper houses. I’d say Sig Chi, DU are the frattiest top houses. the rest of what people consider top (AD, Sig Pi, etc) are too preppy / rich to be fratty, can’t be bothered to get the vineyard vines dirty. upper — Chi Phi is the most meatheady / state school over the others (lambda, chi psi, dx, phi psi, the rest basically). i think any houses below upper def have potential to be fratty and def have fratty individuals, but in terms of house culture only upper / top houses like DU, SX, chi phi, can actually get away with being fratty
