^ you guys realize Elon was also a Wharton grad? Penn engineering is also arguably below Cornell engineering (in terms of rigorousness at least). And the "core curriculum" at Columbia is largely liberal-arts and considered a waste-of-time by everyone I know there. Penn & Columbia are both hard schools, but they aren't nearly as rigorous as the other T1 schools like CalTech or Princeton. Penn & Columbia can be top of T2, and Cornell should be bottom of T2 (could be top of T2 it weren't for Hotel/ILR/AEM).
