"PiKapp, PhiTau, KappaSig, SigPi, and PSK have all recolonized within the last 20 years" OK, so literally more than a lifetime ago for a freshman, a frat came back after being gone 3 or more years. Good for them I guess, not relevant for 2021. ZBT recolonized, but they were only off campus for a year, and that's a different situation from ATO or SAE being gone for a decade.
