Go into rush open minded, but if you get cut from the uppers and are left with c4 mids, honestly just drop and rush again in the fall. Most of the upper mids take fall pc's and they're usually less selective. Pledging is also chiller in the fall, and maybe you'll even get a real pledge party with the vaccine going out now. Don't pin yourself at a mid or lower house when you could easily join a good one next semester.
