Relevant Houses defined as houses that have in normal times 2-3 mixers a week with low mid srats and above (AXO, KD, AEPHI). Also listed is their respective momentum in the ranks (+ for above, = stagnant, - decline) over the last three years so basically just what the house has been like with all the dudes currently there. Top SX (+++) DU (-++) | Sig Phi (+-+) Hardest to get into, most desirable, most popular/clout houses in greeklife. Very traditionally fratty (SX/DU) or preppy (Sig Phi). Near impossible to get into without dirty rush. Great time though and do a lot of fun things. Strong brohood at all 3. Upper AD (---) / Sig Pi (+--) AD has declined from once being a top house while Sig Pi lost the momentum it built from 2016-2018. Very hard to get into, probably the best physical houses of the relevant houses along with TDX and Lambda (DKE, Beta, Phi Delt have dope houses but are not relevant). AD is very international and urban whereas Sig Pi is soft preppy finance boys. Upper Mid Chi Phi (++=) / Chi Psi (-++) DX (--+) Lambda (--+)/TDX (-=+) Most argued over tier and the tier that has seen the most change. Chi Phi and Chi Psi are stuck in the purgatory of being a cut above the other three but not quite upper yet either. DX and Lambda have rebounded after some decline although it will be a few more years till they become upper frats like they were pre 2017. TDX has fully transformed into the new football house. All very difficult houses to get into. Mid ZBT (--+) Pi Kapp (=--)| Pike (-+=) Phi Tau (+==)| PSK (--+) ZBT seems to have recovered from their scandal although they seem to attract a very niche group of guys. Pi Kapp has been very stagnant over the past few years and is losing footing to the other three main mid frats who are starting to gain some traction. Pike is in a limbo as their strategy of bidding a lot of guys has led to a slight divide as to how people perceive them. Phi Tau and PSK have both been pretty stagnant over the last few years (although it can be noted that PSK has dropped from once being an upper mid in 2015-16 to a solid mid now)
