Tbt to pre rush Spring 2019 - Sig Chi and Sig Phi were undisputed top houses - DU was still lumped with AD/Sig Pi - AD actually competed for rushes with Sig Chi - Sig Pi was considered a great house with no real scandals - Chi Psi/Chi Phi were basically the same as they are now, saying they are upper but in reality upper mid - FIJI was consensus upper mid with Chi Psi and Chi Phi before tanking in their next two rushes - Phi Psi was still around
