Tried to be as objective as possible. Ranks and Descriptions of houses from Top to Mid Top Sig Chi - still top house, top classes great house strong reputation and best relations. Gets into trouble a bit but still throws down hard though DU | Sig Phi - DU has taken consistent great classes and have distanced from Sig Pi and AD. Throwdown hard and have a fun time. Sig Phi is very preppy and have a very niche northeast boarding school vibe, basically very "ivy league" Upper AD | Sig Pi - only true upper frats. AD has fallen a bit with weaker classes but still has great relations. Sig Pi after several great classes has faltered the last couple of rushes but still has very strong juniors and seniors. Upper Mid Chi Psi | Chi Phi | DX - most divisive tier. Lot of social climbing here. Ultimately just based on preference per person. Chi Psi has the best relations, Chi Phi is very rowdy and likes to throwdown whereas DX is very chill and preppy. Lambda | TDX - good relations but not quite the level of the above 3. Both have come up well since their changes. Lambda has a lot of club athletes and take large classes while TDX has the football guys now. Mid ZBT - another debate, on the border of mid or upper mid but a cut above the rest of the mid houses. Good relations and seem to have recovered PiKapp | Pike - Pike has really risen while PiKapp has been stagnant. Pike takes large classes but some of the guys they take are questionable whereas Pikapp tries too hard Phi Tau | PSK - both can pretty much be summed up as nice guys and the average frat for the average man
