I'm a freshman and I don't want this question coming off the wrong way because ultimately I want to rush and get a bid at whatever house I feel I fit in best at, but I was just wondering how upper fraternities select people to give bids out to. What exactly do they look for that makes them more selective than other fraternities, and what does it take to get into a top frat?
