Phi Tau is considered the chill frat in mid tier, although their physical house is mediocre. Lambda's become pretty chill post suspension and their house is pretty cool. Would aim for those two if you're looking for socially relevant houses without hardo culture and excess drama. Also, Pi Kapp used to be like these two, but they've become social climby and dramatic in the last couple years, but still might be worth checking out.
