Sorta- Depends on how you define “Upper” fraternities. PiPhi/TriDelt will mix with DX/ChiPhi/ChiPsi, but not with AD or SigPi. Only difference is that SDT will occasionally get a SigPi mixer (and PhiPsi before they were kicked), but it’s mostly the same. They’ll also mix occasionally with Mid-Fraternities (PiPhi mixes with Pike, TriDelt mixed with PhiTau, and SDT mixes with ZBT).
