this was noted in an older post- most athletic teams are not allowed to rush or are heavily discouraged from rushing (most notable lacrosse and hockey). Lacrosse ran ATO (top three house) but was sacked for insane hazing in 2014 and the coach was fired. Since then, Greek Life at Cornell has become significantly more mediocre without the varsity athletes.
