Top Sig Chi Sig Phi / DU Houses that are cemented as top houses and have effective dirty rush, will most likely take the top kids on campus Upper AD / Sig Pi Houses that have historically been good houses but have struggled recently with rush, both AD and Sig Pi had small spring classes and did not get numbers/quality they needed in fall. A bad PC 21 could make both houses drop further or regain clout Upper Mid Chi Psi / DX Chi Phi Houses that have some good kids in dirty rush but unable to lock rushes before spring, Chi Psi putting in double time effort after a failed fall PC and DX working to improve financial situation with a good class.
