not now but usually. Look up frat ranks for according houses: "Objective Frat Ranks 2021" by "facts" is most accurate imo. Core 4 (APhi, KKG, Theta, DG) will mix with the "Elite" and "Upper" Frats Upper (SDT, PiPhi, Tridelt) will mix mostly with the "Upper-Mid" frats and also with "Mid" Frats Mid (AXO, AXiD, AEPhi, KD) will mix almost always with the "Mid" Frats and sometimes with "Upper-Mid" => they do not mix with Lower-Mid frats. Lower(PSS) will mix with Lower-Mid Frats Bottom (PhiMu) will basically not mix.
