I agree with Lol that Alpha Xi Delta's house wins. Second place is probably DG and Theta in a tie, with APhi in a close third. Honourable, mention goes to Pi Phi. In all sincerity though, everything but Kappa and AEPhi are a major set-up from freshman dorms or the town houses. Living with your sisters is so much fun. Plus all (or at least like 95%, I can't remember on a few of the houses), have people that come and clean the common areas and restrooms. Wherever you end up, trust me that you will be happy.
