Always choose by clout. It's impossible to judge frat vibe during rush. Every frat seems fun and chill during recruitment, but off-season you'll find out that most of that was fake brotherhood. It's even worse for sororities. Choose the house with the better rep. Better to at least mix with better sororities when the mirage of brotherhood evaporates next month.
