In a not altogether surprising sequence of events, Phi Kappa Psi will never be returning to Cornell in any form. Per hazing at Cornell: "The organization may not be considered for University Recognition at any time." SAE for refrence which had an arguably worse incidence was kicked off for 5 years. Even Psi U is indefinitely suspended (still allowing the possibility to return if a policy changes). So in conclusion, be responsible or you could end the entire legacy of a historical organization for good.
