The houses in core 4 are all basically the same in terms of rank...thats why its called core 4. Kappa isnt gonna be kicked out by SDT, Theta isnt falling out either. So the most important part (in choosing any house, no matter what the tier) is finding girls who you like and get along with. There are girls in every core 4 house who would never choose to be in some of the other core 4 houses, regardless of tier. Its all about fit and where you belong. And going in with the idea that you only want to be in a core 4 house is really going to damage your rush experience and potentially your pref options.
