Pretty sure these rankings are pretty accurate based on mixing schedules/preferences. As a rule of thumb the tiers are based on which tiers houses tend to mix with 80% of the time. For example sig pi tends to mix top and upper mid but might have a very occasional mid tier mixer. Also frats tend to mix at their tier and a tier below them while srats tend to mix at their tier and a tier above them.
