Are there any legitimate mid tier fraternities right now? Who is solidly mid tier anymore? I guess I would consider Chi Psi and Chi Phi the solid upper middle tier (although now with chi phi approves maybe they are solid middle?). People say Fiji is declining. They say Delta Chi is declining. They say Lambda isn’t good again yet. Pike has too many weird guys. So who is left? Is pi kapp mid tier? Is tdx?
