-Sig Phi: got 4 freshman last spring and lost all their rushes this fall (didn't take a Fall class). They never have any big parties/opens...they're a really boring house. Not even that good looking anymore. -Chi Phi: never got their core 4 relations back after So Pro and stopped putting as much effort into parties. Can't really blame them. But not really declining. They're pretty stable. -Fiji: their most recent class is very unattractive and it doesn't help that their new socials are horrible. Very reliant on older guys and it is showing. -Pike: had a lot of older guys de-activate and just accepted a lot of weird kids. Also lost their relations with Tri-Delta.
