The core four is not changing and frats view them all equally with each frat having different relationships with each core four house. Each house has differing PC's with some really nice girls and some meaner girls. However, here are general reputations. DG- Rich, cliquey city japs that care a lot about reputation and the way they look. They know their PC before rush and if you fit the DG bill you do not join any other house. A lot of girls are fun and big partiers and DG has high attendance at mixers. KAPPA- Cliquey, some jappy and intense girls. Their most recent PC is a little more down to earth and not a super traditional PC. Kappa's attend every party and frats have the most fun with them. Their crazy rush songs describe them perfectly as you will always see a kappa on an elevated surface or sliding at a breakfast raid. A PHI- Classic sorority girl in a house that cares mostly about looks. They have had a rough year with IFC and almost got in trouble with nationals after a recent date night. A lot of girls are really sweet but it takes a lot to break through the surface level. They are more seen at afters or just hanging around frats as a lot of these girls are sweethearts at various houses. THETA- Half of them are super alternative, half of them are not. They have a good sisterhood with a lot of diversity but do not party as hard as Kappa and DG as a whole. They do not dirty rush as much as Kappa, DG or A PHI and a lot of girls aren't cool until their in theta.
