For sororitys im not really sure if there even is a fall rush process. I know a few girls joined as sophomores in fall but i think its more that you make friends wth girls in a house and they invite you over. Not positive and i think most sororitys dont take people in fall. For frats there is a formal fall rush weekend basically. If you can meet guys during oweek and are very talkative, this can be good. Less guys come around so you can really stand out if you take advantage of it. All frats do fall rush basically except the top 6-8 or so. Spring rush is a lot more fun but being in a house in the fall is also dope.
