I agree with this pretty much. Usual top tier sororitys had not so good pledge classes, but Phi Mu, KKG and DZ came out with awesome pledge classes this past fall.... but there's still a gap. I agree with the frats for sure, BUT 1 thing: Out of the lower tiers you listed, ATO and Sig Ep have a lot easier path back up than Theta Chi, TKE, AEPi, Fiji, etc because they have been established here before, used to be pretty solid, and have HUGE alumni bases from USC.
