The vote was to lower the quota from the ridiculously high one that was set in the fall (380) to something around 340 because the quota was set higher than campus average, which is not something that should have happened-- a big mistake on FSL's part. I don't know if that's been voted on yet though, it definitely hadn't been as of the 1st. So take a look at the fall 2014 grade report on the FSL website (sa.sc.edu/fsl and click the about tab) and look for chapters under 340 and they will be doing it no matter what.
