KD's pledge class dropped while Kappa's keeps rising, so KD and Kappa can be exchanged. ChiO isn't behind by much at all. They would be in front of Kappa and KD if their pledge class was better this year. PhiMu is solid. DZ is more likely bottom middle tier, but for the sake of 3 even tiers in this post they are bottom.
