Sigma chi is southern and well regarded Pi kapp is midatlantic and southern and well regarded but tier below sigma chi. Both are considered great fraternities. Beta is new and try hards and has(d) non traditional brothers - lifestyle choice wise - but also some really totally fratty bro frat stars. Not super well respected right now.
