The first time I went out in 5points I got tapped on the shoulder by the cop while drinking my very first drink of the night. Yes I know that I was just unlucky because I definitely wasn't being stupid, but I just wanted to tell y'all this so you know that it can just happen. Honestly, getting an MIP isn't that big of a deal. Just be respectful to the cop (even if they are disrespecting you) and you'll get your ticket, go home, head to court on your date and no AEP which once completed expunges the MIP from your record. Being dumb definitely increases your chances of getting caught, but sometimes cops just pick people to ID at random. With all this said, don't let cops keep you from enjoying college while you're underage!
