You need to ask your national fraternity office how to go about it. Usually either they or your current chapter have to confirm you are a member in good standing and then you usually have to be voted in by the potential new chapter. So you would have to contact the chapter president or whomever and meet some members and kind of rush them. Depends on the fraternity.
