The Srats you mentioned are a little different from each other. Just know that ALL srats have socials, events, philanthropies, sisterhood building, etc. Go with your gut and don’t eliminate any house before you even meet them. “Old row” is an Alabama thing. Only people from around Atlanta use that term because we want to be special. Essentially at UGA “old row” means you are in a srat with like 60% Atlanta area members & 30% OOS. These srats prioritize Atl private school girls & oos girls. The focus is on “new” money, being classy, keeping high school friends together, and the status of parents. Those are PhiMu, KKG, Theta, ADPi, & ChiO There are srats which are known to prioritize having fun, being social, and GPA is not a big deal. Those are KD, Aphi, & TriD. SK & DZ (DZ more “northern”) are also fun vibes but less image focused. Then, there are srats which favore more Southern girls, who have a focus on GPA, Church, and being classy. (Still fun tho) They are ZTA, AXO,& AOii (the three Holy Trinity Srats) and then Gphi. AGD & PiPhi are also similar but they tend to have different events /socials than the ones above. Then there are the Srats with a good mix of girls who focus on building sisterhoods, philanthropy work, and having fun together. They are DG, Axid, DphiE, & SDT. These tend to have smaller pnm groups.
