Don't... First I kind of questions if you are even a student. Who calls people "honey". Second DPhiE had a long road to getting their house updated. It finally is and it is amazing. You cannot say with a straight face that not having a house for a period of time is not negative in rush. Come on a house is big and you know it. Third what makes it hard for AXiD, SDT, and DPhiE is they are smaller than the other sororities. DPhiE and AXiD have not been around long and when you are new it makes it harder to get girls because you are smaller. Being smaller also gets other sororities to dismiss you. So getting your numbers up takes more work. If the girls in rush give them a change and keep an open mind they might be able to reach quota. But when you have sites like this telling girls going through rush who is "good" and who is "bad" it becomes difficult. And you know it. I will make a prediction watch out DPhiE will have their best rush this year. You will see.
