If you are talking to someone that doesn't live in GA or not from GA and you get asked where you are from it's just easier to just say Atlanta if you live north of Macon, west of Athens, east of Alabama and south of Chattanooga...... you just say Atlanta and keep it moving. If the person is from GA and has a clue about the state you say your town name..... regardless if you are OTP or ITP.
