It has been a long time coming but I can say with certainty that the DPhiE house renovations are amazing. I had a chance to walk through the house, and it is beautiful. The historic part of the home is like a mansion with wood paneling and all the cool features you find in an old home like the tower rooms. The new part has all the modern amenities you expect while still blending with the historic parts of the house. They really did a beautiful job. If you get a chance check it out when it is officially open.
