Anyone who has actually been involved in greek life, in a relevant house, knows that Pike is FAR from a top house. Phi Delt, Sig Ep, Delta Sig, Pi Kapp, hell even Kappa Sig is a better house. The amount of self ranking Pike does is crazy. In no world is Pike on the same level as Fiji, SN,or SX. Them being "lower top" is laughable. I feel bad for any incoming freshmen who are mislead into thinking Pike is remotely near a top house. They're not, you're better off at literally any other house previously mentioned. And while I'm at it, ATO is beginning to lurk super hard again as well. Good fraternity but y'all don't have to debate every single comment putting y'all below Chi Phi, KA, or SAE. The "four to a row" thing is arbitrary and stupid, so the houses are put where they truly belong, as of now. Ranking Acknowledging Reality: Top: KA, SAE, Chi Phi (In that order. This is more of an established legacy thing more than the guys are so much better than the ones below. It's the name more than anything, these guys have plenty of losers too) "Lower Top": ATO, Fiji, SN, Pi Kapp, Delta Sig (In that order. None of these are so much better or worse they belong on a different tier. SN is continuing to struggle but the name keeps them here. Pi Kapp and Delta Sig have continued to recruit really well, I think they deserve to be on this tier now. Mix with similar sororities for the most part, some are more active than others off campus. Similar guys for the most part as well.) Upper Mid: Kappa Sig, Sig Ep, Pike, Beta (In that order.) Mid: TEP, SP, Theta Chi, AEPI (No comment) Lower Mid: DKE, AGR, LXA (LXA will probably be much better in a few years but for now cannot afford to be selective.) Bottom: Delt, Chi Psi (No comment) Feel free to debate. If this post gets deleted, just know a Pike paid to do so. Not a bad house but trying incredibly hard to create a narrative that they're a top house when they absolutely are not.
