Coming from someone in a fraternity not going through spring rush here is how it is. SigEp is by far #1 and it's not even close. Only spring frat that pulls top sororities and is at least 80% top quality guys. I would greatly consider waiting for the fall if I didn't get a SigEp bid. TEP, SigmaPi are easily the next best, they rage the hardest and have the best pull with good sororities outside of SigEp even if it's barely anything it's more than below. Tbh I wouldn't rush after this. PKT and AGR are next.they have good parties and don't have the weird reputations others have. OX ChiPsi and lambda are last. Lambda just got their house back and used to be upper mid here before they had to recharter they can move up fast. OX has a weird reputation but honestly have a good time and are the biggest fraternity after sigep I think. ChiPsi is super under rated in alumni donations and sorority relations, I see some KKG and AOlls coming to parties on Instagram or snap stories.
