Tell you what...you do a spreadsheet. Just jot down all the sororities with their numbers of total chapter membership this semester, then take out each sorority's December graduating class, and also subtract their members who will not be returning as actives in January because of family/personal/financial issues and because they just don't want to, then take THAT number and compare it to Panhellenic Total. Of course that means having ALL that information for ALL the chapters, so good luck with that. But IF all the information were available, here's the answer to your question without any idiotic guessing: Any chapter below Total will be offering bids, BUT, the chapters that have about 5 or less to offer will not be making an announcement because they already have their girls picked out; the ones that have a few more than 5 to offer will likely be at the spring COB fair, but they have most of their girls picked out and are just looking to round out the few remaining open spots IF they find good matches; and the ones that have more than 10 to offer will be at the fair AND be holding publicized open COB events to hit their numbers. There, how's that? Doing the work to answer your question without any stupid guessing. Unless you just want to start gossip and rumors because you just want to start drama, so go ahead and answer with pre-planned answers to fit whatever your agenda is...
