First it does not take seven tiers to do a ranking. This just gives too much credit to some and too little to others. You're really splitting hairs to make some look better than they are. Pi Phi is not lower mid they are lower. AXiD has not moved up from SDT or DPhiE. Gamma Phi and AXO are not upper mid they are just mid. The reality is all the srats at UGA are good. The worst srat at UGA would be middle tier at worst at a lot of schools. But if you feel you must rank then it does not require 5 to 7 different levels. Three works. Frats did it with three. Why not give some explanation as to why you ranked them in each place.
