You can have good girls (since Greek Life is the best of the best at TAMU) but that doesn't mean that your girls are better than the top houses. Yes, ADPi is considered the "worst" sorority but they still have smarter, cuter, etc. girls than your average aggie girl. Gamma Phi is ranked #11, doesn't mean they're but people but yes the other sororities are better.
