Are you talking about retention rates for rush? Or chapter retention in general? If you're talking about retention rates for each day of rush, you're not going to get a good answer here. That's kept a secret by Panhellenic. Girls in their own sorority don't even know their retention rate unless they are on counsel. If you're asking how many sororities keep the girls they pledge, you're still not going to get a good answer. You can look at the grade summary report in the academic section of the greek life site for chapter totals though.
